Yes! You are in complete control. You can either request past Nannies to see if they’re available for your appointment(s), OR you can set up your appointment first and browse the Nanny Pool to request the nanny of your choice.

Alternatively, you can wait for available Nannies to request your appointment. You can then browse their profiles and choose the nanny you prefer.
