How do I contact the nanny before and after babysitting appointments?
You can contact a Nanny that has been confirmed for your babysitting appointment by using the Nannies on Call platform's call/text feature, within 3 hours before the start of the appointment and up to 12 hours after the appointment ends.
Please Note: You must use the same cell phone number as the one in your profile when using this feature. The cell phone number must be from Canada or the United States.
To contact the Nanny:
1. Log in to your account on the Nannies on Call platform.
2. Find your appointment in the CONFIRMED section of the dashboard.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the appointment to place a CALL or send a TEXT to the Nanny.
4. NOTE: The call or text will be placed from the main telephone number you entered in your profile.
