How do I contact the nanny before and after babysitting appointments?
You can contact a Nanny that has been confirmed for your babysitting appointment by using the Nannies on Call platform's call/text feature from your cell phone, within 3 hours before the start of the appointment and up to 12 hours after the appointment ends.
Please Note: The call/text feature can only be used from the cell phone associated with the telephone number in your Nannies on Call account, and not from a desktop computer or tablet. You must use the same cell phone number as the one in your profile. The cell phone number must be from Canada or the United States.
To contact the Nanny:
1. Log in to your account on the Nannies on Call platform.
2. Find your appointment in the CONFIRMED section of the dashboard.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the appointment to place a CALL or send a TEXT to the Nanny.
4. NOTE: The call or text will be placed from the main telephone number you entered in your profile.
