Navigating the Dashboard

  1. When you’re logged into your account, the landing page you see is the main Dashboard.
  2. Let’s get you familiarized with what you find in the dashboard.
  3. On the top left-hand corner, you can click the + Post New Appointment button to quickly set up new babysitting appointments.
  4. New appointments you set up will appear on the left-hand side under Pending Appts.
  5. In the middle section of the dashboard, you’ll see your Confirmed nanny appointments — if you have any.
  6. On the top right-hand corner, you’ll find 3 links:
    1. FIND NANNY: This takes you to the page where you can Post a New Appointment and also Browse the Nanny Pool.
    2. APPTS: This takes you to the page where you can view all of your confirmed Babysitting appointments.
    3. HAMBURGER MENU (with the 3 horizontal lines): Takes you to the Menu where you can view your Pending Invoices, Pending Reviews, Find Nanny, Bookings, Favourite Nannies, My Profile section, Booking History, My Account, Contact Us, and Logout.
