- The Nannies on Call babysitting service is subscription-based. This subscription will give you access to our pool of expertly pre-screened nannies for in-home babysitting appointments. Our by-appointment Babysitting service is designed for families who need only occasional childcare.
- Nanny's fees are separate from subscription fees. (Please see: How much do nannies charge?)
- You can set up as many babysitting appointments as you need within the limits of your subscription plan.
- The plans we offer are recurring subscriptions as follows: weekly, monthly, quarterly/3-month, and annual.
- Select the subscription plan that best fits your needs. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Enter your payment information, then click confirm.
- You will now have access to our nanny booking system where you can set up nanny appointments.

Membership includes unlimited babysitting appointments and gives you access to our pool of pre-screened Nannies during the membership period.
- Your membership subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Your membership subscription auto-renews unless you cancel before the start of the new pay period.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Nannies on Call platform.
- You must have an active membership to keep any confirmed appointments you have in a given period (eg. If you have confirmed babysitting appointments on July 4, 11, 18 and 25, your membership must be active up to and including July 25).
NOTE: We don't offer the possibility of paying agency fees on a per-appointment basis. If you need a nanny for a single babysitting appointment, you'll need to set up an account and subscribe to our service for one month. You can then unsubscribe to avoid future automatic membership renewal fees.
