What happens if I no longer need a Nanny?

If you've made a babysitting appointment that isn't yet confirmed but you no longer need a nanny, please log into your account and cancel the appointment so any Nannies requesting it know that you've cancelled and aren’t left waiting.

If you have a confirmed babysitting appointment but you no longer need a nanny, please log into your account and cancel the appointment immediately. If you cancel a confirmed babysitting appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you'll be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 4 hours of the nanny's time. This fee will go directly to the nanny you've cancelled.

If you cancel a confirmed babysitting appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, no cancellation fee applies.
