What happens if I don’t confirm a Nanny quickly?

If you take too long to confirm or decline Nannies when they request your appointments, they’ll likely withdraw their request and move on to other appointments. Over time, Nannies may even stop requesting your appointments if they notice you're not responsive.

We recommend confirming Nannies for your appointments sooner rather than later.

If you haven't yet confirmed a nanny and you no longer need one, cancel your appointment on the platform and any Nannies requesting your appointment will be immediately notified by email that you've cancelled.
