How to Upgrade or Change Your Subscription Plan

You can upgrade or change your membership at any time using the Nannies on Call platform:

1. Log into your account on the Nannies on Call platform.
2. Click on the hamburger menu (with the 3 horizontal lines) at the top right-hand side of the dashboard.
3. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the lower part of the menu.
4. Click on the button that says “Update or Cancel Subscription Payment”.
5. Now click on the yellow button that says "Update plan".
6. Under PLANS AVAILABLE you'll be able to see your current subscription plan and the other available plans.
7. Select the plan you want to upgrade to and then click CONTINUE.
8. Review the summary of changes and then click the yellow CONFIRM button to finalize and complete the changes.
