How to Renew Your Membership Subscription

If you've previously cancelled your subscription to our service, you can reactivate it at any time by following the steps below:

1. Log into your account on the Nannies on Call platform.
2. Click on the hamburger menu (with the 3 horizontal lines) at the top right-hand side of the dashboard.
3. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the lower side of the menu.
4. Click on the button that says “Update or Cancel Subscription Payment”.
5. From here you can make changes to your Stripe account (billing information, payment method).
6. To update your membership click "renew".

Your membership subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
