How to reset your password

To reset your password, go to: https://booking.nanniesoncall.com/parents/sign_in

Click: Forgot my password under the login button.

This will take you to the next page. Enter your email address.

Go to your email inbox and open the email that says "Reset Password Instructions"
Click the link that says "Change my password"

Now you can reset your password. Enter the same password two times and click "Change my password"

You will now be logged in and can use your new password each time you log in.
