Can I cancel an appointment I'm booked for to take another appointment?

No.  You cannot cancel a confirmed appointment you already have with one family to take a different appointment on the same day with a different family. 

Once you make a commitment to a family for a particular appointment, our expectation is that you'll honour that commitment. Families are counting on the nanny that is confirmed for their appointment so they can work, attend events, meet deadlines, complete chores, etc.

We ask you to please choose your appointments carefully and only request those you can commit to.
