Does Nannies on Call issue tax receipts?

We don't issue specific tax receipts, but we do send you an electronic receipt by email for your agency membership fee, and for each paid Nanny invoice, which you can use for tax purposes. 

These email receipts are sent to you automatically upon payment. We strongly recommend that you file these receipts so you can refer to them at tax time.


You can view and print your paid membership receipts by logging into the Nannies on Call platform:

1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen.

2. Click My Account

3. Click Update or Cancel Subscription Payment

4. Scroll down to Invoice History and click on the box with the arrow next to the date. 

5. Click the box with the arrow to open the receipt. From here you can print or download. 


To view and download your Nanny Receipts:

1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen.

2. Then click on BOOKING HISTORY.

3. From here, click on the link that says "See Invoice" for the appointment you need a receipt for.

4. An email receipt will be automatically sent to your email address on file.
