Does Nannies on Call issue tax receipts?

You receive an  electronic receipt by email for your agency membership fee, and for each paid Nanny invoice. These email receipts are sent to you automatically upon payment. We strongly recommend that you file these receipts so you can refer to them at tax time.

You can access your paid Nanny receipts by logging into the Nannies on Call platform:

1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen.

2. Then click on BOOKING HISTORY.

3. From here, you can print out the whole list or click on each card for more details and print. 

OR

1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen.

2. Click My Account

3. Click Update or Cancel Subscription Payment

4. Scroll down to Invoice history to and click on the box with the arrow next to the date. 

5. Click the box with the arrow to open the receipt. From here you can print or download.
