Do you offer emergency childcare?
If you require emergency or last-minute childcare (for example, you or your spouse go into labour and you need someone to stay home with the children while you go to the hospital or your regular nanny calls in sick), we may not be the service for you.
The babysitting service we offer is appointment-based and you will require at the very least 48 hours to set up an appointment and then wait for nannies to let you know whether they're available or not.
Although we would love to help every family with every babysitting appointment they make, our service does not guarantee nanny availability nor that you’ll have the same nanny each time.
Nanny availability is based on your specific location, the number of children you have and their ages, and how many other clients have booked and confirmed appointments for the same date, time and location before you.
We tend to get booked up quickly during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays, so we encourage you to book with as much notice as possible to increase your chances of finding a nanny. We generally recommend booking babysitting appointments with at least 24 hours' notice and up to one month in advance.
